Reflecting quality in the workplace

The print quality of the forms that you provide to the public is a reflection of the quality of your work environment.  If the forms that you are using are smeared, lined, crooked, etc., then you are demonstrating a poor work image.

Only quality print materials should be provided/demonstrated to the public.

Most approved forms are available online via the staff blog/policy manual.  When additional copies are needed, a better print quality can be achieved when printed from the online version rather than making photocopies of an existing form.

If your copier/printer is leaving dots, lines, or other streaks on copies this is also unacceptable.
First, test to determine if the problem is specific to copies, printouts, or both.  Second, clean residue off any surfaces, rollers, and guides and retest.  Third, if cleaning doesn't fix the problem, contact the appropriate vendor to get instructions on how the problem can/will be fixed.
