The only person(s) EVER to be left in charge of the library facilities are paid CJRL personnel. Senior Aides through the CO-LIN program are not considered CJRL personnel. Likewise, volunteer workers are not CJRL personnel. "Left in charge" includes any incident where paid staff are not available at the branch from the moment the doors are unlocked to the moment the doors are locked.
The only situation that may be an exception to this is where the facility is left in charge of city personnel due to a medical or weather emergency. Under such situations, if you are capable, you should immediately notify the library director that this has occurred.
