Document Drafts

CJRL is pleased to offer employees the opportunity to provide input on draft copies of proposed policies and procedures. This initiative is designed to:

  1. Ensure that employees have a direct voice in shaping the guidelines that affect their work.
  2. Guarantee that the documents are understandable, accurate, and comprehensive.
  3. Eliminate typographical and grammatical errors.
  4. Incorporate diverse viewpoints to create well-rounded policies.

Please note that these draft documents are not intended for immediate implementation. Training and implementation instructions will be provided once the final versions are officially adopted by the library.

While it is not mandatory for employees to respond to the draft documentation, their feedback is highly valued and strongly encouraged. Employees' insights and suggestions are crucial in creating effective and practical policies and procedures.

Employee feedback should be provided to the director via email, paper, or conversation on/by the deadline date associated with each document.
